Light House Global Ministry & Missions was founded on May 22, 1987, in ELWA, Rock Hill Community, Paynesville City, Monrovia, Liberia, by Rev. Isaac B. Liberty. The ministry was birthed out of a deep spiritual calling and a strong commitment to transforming the lives of underprivileged and less fortunate individuals, families, and communities.
